  As always, great staff, friendly and very helpful. Good prices - although to get the humdingers you need to spend some time and energy looking at pricetags and product specs. But this arvo I found my humdinger!! I usually do.

  Shoutout to Pambula Mitre 10..
  
  On Saturday we purchased a swag from them and realised that one of the poles were broken. Took it back in today (the first day I was able to get in there) and the trouble I had to get a refund was ridiculous.
  I was firstly told by the staff there that I needed to call Kings and sort it out myself, so I did. Kings then told me that I needed to sort it out with Mitre 10 because I purchased it from there… fair enough. The rudeness and hostility from the Mitre 10 staff from the very beginning was unwarranted.
  I had to go home and get the bit and pieces from the swag so they could return it, all good, no stress. When I returned, I asked the young lady at the front desk for the staff member who was ‘helping’ me earlier and who also deals with customer service/relations, so she called her for me but Caroline couldn’t be bothered assisting me so I was palmed off to Peter that was ‘helping’ me before. I was greeted with an eye roll when he seen me at the desk.
  By this point I didn’t want to have to deal with them again so I told them I wanted my money back, I was told no because it was on an account… it wasn’t (it was on a rewards account) and I explained my rights as a consumer that if I was sold a product that is faulty, I am able to choose either a full refund or replacement of product. Again, told ’no, that’s not how it works’ ahhh yeh mate it is, it’s the law. Got to the end of it, the rude fella realised I was indeed correct and carried out my refund. The interaction ended with ‘we’re done.’
  
  Thanks Mitre 10, I’ll know never to go back again. Such a headache for something that wasn’t our fault to begin with. Do better.

  The couple of times I've come in here the staff have always been friendly and willing to go the extra step to help out. I was recently buying a BBQ and wasn't sure if I could fit it in my car and they were happy to let me take it out and see if it fit before I actually bought it. They've got a good selection of products too.

  My wife and I visited Mitre 10 Pambula today, it was our first visit. I have to say we were a bit hesitant as experiences with other Mitre 10 stores has not always been a good one. But my wife and I must mention the service from a team member Mac was 10 out of 10 ⭐️
  Right from the start he was polite, informative and nothing was to hard.
  He even helped carry stock to our car.
  How fortunate for us and your store to have employed such a wonderful young man. We will be returning that is for sure

  Amazing service from staff member Mariah today, she sorted through a million and one (slight exaggeration) jumbled key shapes for me until she found the one I needed for a key to be cut, after two other shops were unable to help. Much appreciated! Always great service and range at this store.
